BIOGRAPHY

Keith Cooke Hirabayashi is a former World Champion martial artist, 3 Time Competitor of the year and member of the Black Belt Hall of Fame. Keith is also know for many demanding action movie roles such as playing “Reptile” in the original Mortal Kombat and “Sub Zero” in Mortal Kombat II Annihilation.

“As a competitor, I never wanted to loose a match because the other guy was in better shape than I was.” He became a dedicated student of fitness. Keith opened his martial arts school in Brentwood, Los Angeles in 1994. It was only natural to offer fitness classes. He started with kickboxing and then added strength training with resistance bands. As he used the bands, he realized the potential and experienced the benefits of not relying on gravity to create resistance. With bands, you can create resistance in any direction.

This versatility allows you to challenge your core in very unique ways which cannot be achieved with weights. Keith’s fitness philosophy is increasing flexibility, breathe, balance and strength through discipline and dedication leads to satisfaction and confidence. It is a holistic approach to fitness and wellness.
