Services will be available to people who have lost records, including birth certificates, death certificates, driver's licenses and social security cards.
People who have lost their homes or businesses can apply for disaster relief loans.

Dr. Gallivan is a Licensed Police Psychologist in the State of California. She has been licensed since 2002, and Board Certified in Police & Public Safety Psychology since 2011.
She began her law enforcement training at the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, where she completed a pre-doctoral internship and a post-doctoral fellowship in law enforcement psychology.
